Having clothes made while you are in Khao Lak

We have been making clothes for Khao Lak visitors for years, and we still do. What has changed is where it happens: our Khao Lak shop is closed, and the work is now done at our shop in Patong.

In practice that means one of two things, depending on how many of you there are.

Come to us in Patong

We are about two hours south of Khao Lak, in Patong. Most people who come to us from that direction make a day of it: an hour or so in the shop choosing cloth and being measured, and the rest of the day in Phuket. You see everything we have rather than a folder of samples, which matters more than most people expect once they are standing in front of a few hundred rolls of fabric.

Message us before you set off and we will make sure someone is free when you arrive.

On-site appointments for groups

For parties of four or more, wedding groups, families, colleagues travelling together, we can sometimes arrange to come to your resort in Khao Lak with fabric swatchbooks and take measurements there. It depends on the dates and on how many of you there are, so tell us both when you get in touch and we will say honestly whether we can make it work.

What we make

Suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, dresses, blouses and women’s tailoring, all cut to measure.

How much time you need

Shirts, blouses, trousers and skirts: two to three days, usually with one fitting.

Dresses: three to four days, or longer where there is beading or embroidery.

Suits: three to four days with two fittings, and sometimes less. If you are in Khao Lak for a week that is easily done around everything else you have planned. If you are only there a couple of days, tell us early and we will say honestly whether we can do it properly.

What it costs

The same as it would if you walked into the shop in Patong. What you pay depends mostly on the cloth you choose, and you will have the exact figure when you are placing your order.
